The DCAT organization is pleased to announce the members of its Board of Directors for the upcoming fiscal year, November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023. The members were interviewed and selected by the organization’s Leadership Development Committee and were approved by each by Member Company Designated Delegates through balloting over the last several weeks.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE: BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Elected as President is Sally Macaluso, Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer of MedTech and Business Services Procurement at Johnson & Johnson. Previously, Ms. Macaluso served as the First Vice President, Second Vice President/Finance Officer, and Third Vice President.

“As a 25-year member of DCAT, it is a privilege to serve as President of the Organization this coming year. The global pandemic has shown us just how critical collaboration, relationship building, and networking are between companies engaged in the Bio/Pharmaceutical manufacturing value chain. I am excited to partner with the Board of Directors to advance our mission of enabling business connections that will drive life changing innovation and products.”

Joining Ms. Macaluso on the Executive Committee will be: 

Charles Davies of Merck & Co. Inc., who previously served as Second Vice President and will now serve as the First Vice President. Donna Gruol of XGen Pharmaceuticals DJB, who previously served as the Third Vice President and will now serve as the Second Vice President and Finance Officer. Kelsey Achenbach of DSM was elected to serve as the Third Vice President and previously served as the Chair for the Member Advantage Committee, as a member of the Editorial Committee, and as a member of the Advisory Council.

Re-elected as Directors on the Board are Craig Douglas of Siegfried-USA, LLC, Scott Price of Ren-Pharm International, and Courtney Stanton of Bioseutica B.V. Newly elected to the Board is Camran Aslam of AbbVie, Inc., and Ken Seufert of JRS Pharma, LP.
