Braveheart Bio Files $383-M IPO for Late-Phase Small-Molecule Cardio Drug
Braveheart Bio, a San Francisco, California-based clinical-stage bio/pharmaceutical company, has filed an oversubscribed initial public offering (IPO) to raise $382.5 million to support a late-phase small-molecule cardiovascular drug.
The company’s lead product candidate, BHB‑1893, is an oral small‑molecule cardiac myosin inhibitor in development for the treatment of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), a genetic heart disease, and non‑obstructive HCM. The company licensed the candidate from China’s Hengrui Pharmaceuticals in 2025, in a deal worth up to $1 billion.
The company priced the IPO at $18.00 per share in offering 21.5 million shares of its common stock.

Attovia Therapeutics Files Upsized $289-M IPO T for Immune-Mediated Biologics
Attovia Therapeutics, a San Carlos, California-based clinical-stage bio/pharmaceutical company developing biotherapeutics for immune-mediated diseases, has filed an upsized initial public offering (IPO) for $289 million. The initial IPO was filed in July 2026.
Founded in 2023, the company develops biologic therapies for immune-mediated diseases using its ATTOBODY platform. The company’s pipeline includes ATTO-1310, a therapeutic targeting interleukin-31 (IL-31) that completed dosing in a Phase I clinical trial in the first quarter of 2026, and ATTO-2306, a bispecific targeting interleukin-13 (IL-13) and IL-31 that is in investigational new drug (IND)-enabling studies and that is expected to begin a Phase I clinical trial in the first half of 2027. The company’s pipeline also includes ATTO-1091,a trispecific Fc fusion protein currently in IND-enabling studies.

Latigo Biotherapeutics Files $247 M IPO To Support Non-Opioid Pain Medicines
Latigo Biotherapeutics, a Thousand Oaks, California-based clinical-stage bio/pharmaceutical company developing non-opioid pain medicines, has filed an initial public offering (IPO) to raise $247 million to support the company’s lead investigational drug candidates, LTG-001 and LTG-321, oral Nav1.8 inhibitors designed to inhibit the transmission of pain.

Expedition Therapeutics Raises $115 M for Small-Molecule COPD Drug
Expedition Therapeutics, a San Francisco, California-based clinical-stage bio/pharmaceutical company developing oral small-molecule therapies for inflammatory and respiratory diseases, has raised $115 million in an oversubscribed Series B financing to support EXPD-101, a drug for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) drug currently in Phase II trials. Investors include Novo Holdings among others.

BlossomHill Therapeutics Files $112-M IPO for Small-Molecule Oncology Drug
BlossomHill Therapeutics, a San Diego, California-based clinical-stage bio/pharmaceutical company focused on small-molecule drugs for oncology, has filed an initial public offering (IPO) to raise $112 million to support the company’s lead candidate, BH-30643, an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutant drug for treating non-small cell lung cancer, currently in a global Phase I/II clinical trial.
