Over 200 people attended the Master the Human Side of Negotiation webinar held on October 4, 2022, which was hosted by DCAT’s Alliance for Industry Women Committee. The webinar was complimentary for DCAT Member Companies and was sponsored by BASF.

Renowned leadership coach, Gopal RajGuru, shared key concepts and best practices for negotiation, including how to organize negotiation teams, how to close deals profitably, and the philosophy of good negotiations. He also spoke about negotiation styles based on personality, the advantages and pitfalls of negotiating electronically, and how negotiations differ between suppliers and customers. The presentation finished with a live Q&A session with audience members.
