Industry experts Fran Zipp (Lachman Consultant Services), Marion Kuhn (BASF), and Lillie Talon (Catalent Pharma Solutions) represented different ages and stages of their pharma industry careers during the complimentary webinar presented by DCAT’s Alliance for Industry Women Committee on December 13.
The panelist discussed how intergenerational employees, with a variety of experiences and skill sets, can create significant opportunities and ensure success in today’s workplace. Various tips and suggestions were presented that were helpful to all the attendees. The session was moderated by Elena Polansky, Vice President of Global Sourcing & Procurement at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. and a former Chairperson of DCAT’s Alliance for Industry Women Committee.

About the Panelists
Fran Zipp is the President & CEO at Lachman Consultant Services. As an expert in compliance enhancement, she develops program solutions to meet GXP compliance requirements and delivers strategic guidance and direction toward the implementation of effective solutions to client needs.
Marion Kuhn is the Director of Sales Management, North America, at BASF Pharma Solutions. In this role, Marion is responsible for the North American Pharma business, including all sales and technical services activities. Her team leverages broad pharmaceutical formulation expertise and digital solutions to support customers in developing efficient, sustainable, cost-effective, and reliable formulations for a wide range of applications.
Lillie Talon is a Cell Therapy Proposal Lead at Catalent Pharma Solutions. In this role, Lillie is responsible for the authorship of proposals supporting Catalent’s Biomodalities business unit to win new business.
