Addex Therapeutics Moves R&D Ops to Former Merck Serono Site
Addex Therapeutics, a Geneva, Switzerland-based biopharmaceutical company focused on allosteric modulation-based drug discovery and development, has moved its R&D operations to a new life sciences center of excellence located at the former Merck Serono site in Geneva. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The 40,000 square meter center of excellence is part of a Campus Biotech, which further includes academic and industrial partners, of which, in particular, teams from EPFL (the Lausanne-based Swiss Federal Institute of Technology), UNIGE (University of Geneva), the University Hospitals of Geneva, the Wyss Centre of Bio- and Neuro-engineering, the Human Brain Project, the Swiss Institute of bioinformatics, and the HEPIA which is part of the HES-SO (University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland).
