Almac Group, a contract development and manufacturing organization, has successfully completed a Health Sciences Authority (HSA) inspection of its new Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore. HSA is the national regulatory agency of Singapore. The new facility, which opened on July 10, 2015, offers clinical-trial primary and secondary packaging, distribution, technology, and consultation services.

This facility strengthens Almac’s global footprint with facilities in Europe, the US, and Singapore, as well as satellite offices in Japan.

The Singapore facility has full-service equipment that includes primary packaging rooms, secondary packaging areas, frozen storage, label control room, a just-in-time (JIT) labelling suite, and non-GMP storage area.
