Avista Pharma Solutions, based in Durham, North Carolina, has sold its Eagan, Minnesota facility to Microbiology Research Associates, an Acton, Massachusetts-based portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners. The Eagan facility, which operates as Accuratus Lab Services, is a provider of testing services for antimicrobial products that are regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency. Avista Pharma will focus on its core market in contract services to the pharmaceutical industry.
