Huntingdon Life Sciences, Harlan Laboratories,and three subsidiaries have re-branded as a combined new entity, Envigo, a provider of non-clinical research services and research models and services to the pharmaceutical, chemical and crop protection industries.

Envigo employs 3,800 people and has sales approaching $500 million. The companies had earlier announced the combination of the five companies to form Envigo in June 2015.
