Irvine Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., a provider of cGMP contract development and parenteral manufacturing services, plans to open a new facility in Hangzhou, China. The new 115,000-square foot facility will expand Irvine’s service offerings into the Asian markets. The facility is scheduled to be operational in the first quarter of 2015.
