Novo Nordisk A/S will have an initial public offering (IPO) of NNIT A/S, an information technology (IT) subsidiary of Novo Nordisk on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S (Nasdaq Copenhagen). NNIT is an IT service provider and consultancy.

NNIT A/S has more than 2,400 employees and had a turnover in 2014 of DKK 2.4 billion ($365 million).
