Parchem- fine & specialty chemicals, a supplier of active pharmaceutical ingredients, specialty intermediates, and excipients, has launched a new pharmaceutical division in Puerto Rico. Parchem's new pharmaceutical division will be headed by Cindy Cardona, a chemical industry expert with a background in marketing and distribution. The launch of the new division was based on Puerto Rico being identified as a major hub for a number of leading pharmaceutical companies.
