PharmaIN Corporation, a Bothell, Washington-headquartered development-stage biopharmaceutical company, and Shionogi & Co., a pharmaceutical company, have signed an agreement with an exclusive two-year option to negotiate a license for a collaboration product.

Shionogi will make an equity investment of up to $17 million in PharmaIN in three tranches.
