Quotient Clinical, a contract development and manufacturing organization, has been acquired by the European specialist healthcare investor GHO Capital, with financial details of the transaction remaining undisclosed.

Headquartered in the UK, Quotient Clinical has more than 280 employees and serves an international customer base, with over 75% of its customers in the US and Europe.
